What shipping options do you offer?
All orders are shipped via USPS. Domestic orders (within the US) are shipped Priority Mail; International orders are shipped International First Class. Unless otherwise noted, all orders ship rolled in a sturdy 3” Yazoo Mills mailing tube.
Do you offer combined shipping costs?
If you are placing an order for more than one print, contact us prior to ordering so an invoice can be sent with the proper shipping costs.
Can I return of exchange my order?
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
What should I do if I receive an order damaged in shipping?
All shipping materials (tube, packaging, print) must be kept in order for us to file an insurance claim with USPS. There are some instances where USPS requires the damaged item(s) to be forfeited to them during the claims process.
What type of payments do you accept?
All payements are handled through PayPal. You can either use your PayPal account or any major credit card. Checks are not accepted at this time.
